Karina Maria participated in a choir during her years in high school. In 2008 the full choir was invited to participate as part of a larger choir representing the U.S. during a religious music festival in Rome Italy. The choir was directed by Candance Wicke and the music by Stephen Edwards (who is in this picture with the girls).

While in Rome, the girls and the full choir went to a recording studio with the Prague Philharmonic and recorded the full Requiem for My Mother composed by Mr Edwards. I was present during the recording sessions and it was impressive.
