During our family's annual Noche Buena celebration (12/24/1982) a local news crew visited the house and the rest is history. This is a short clip of that news report where several of our family members are seen.

In the video, the initial segment shows our family turning over the Roasting Pig. The men are my uncle (I024) Efrain Rodriguez on the left (with a cap) and on the right it's my father (I003) Enrique Pedro Perez Gonzalez.

Also showing in the video from left to right:

- Daffne Rodriguez Viera (I025)
- Dulcinea Viera Aleman (I024)
- Flora Estorino (I374)
- Olga Josefa Perez Gonzalez (I010)

This short video of the father daughter dance was filmed by (I130 Sarah Maria Nichols Estorino) with a mobile phone. This short clip is a gem! The song for this dance was selected by Karina herself, and it is a Cuban Standard called "Lagrimas Negras"

I022 Jose Antonio Viera Aleman - Recordando el Cafe Baquedano
I022 Jose Antonio Viera Aleman - Recordando el Cafe Baquedano
This is a short video clip of (I022 Jose Antonio Viera Aleman) reciting a brief poem which was the jingle for a popular coffee brand sold in Matanzas and it was carried by La Bodega La Vina which Jose Antonio ran together with my father (I003 Enrique Pedro Perez Gonzalez).

The subject of the Baquedano coffee came about because I work at a company in Florida where a grandson of the Baquedano Coffee family works. I was commenting this to Jose Antonio one day and he immediately recited the jingle. (He had an amazing memory)

It is a small world that two men whose family did business in Matanzas work so closely at a company in Florida.
